Ironman of Leisure: This blog is only to keep track of the stuff that that I wanted to learn. It will be probably useless for anyone else! I call my blog Ironman of Leisure because I have completed 18 ironman races including Kona, but I am consistently in the last 50, and usually the last 10 to finish... I spend my weekends dancing tango to instead of training.
